Looking for a SEO/Web Design Partner who knows wordpress

I currently have about 2-3 clients paying for monthly SEO and design about 2 sites a week. I just need to find some one qualified that I can trust ( I pay well ) and that can be reliable because I want to build more clients. This is could be a full time thing if you are a good fit and at the rate I am going the company could be doing very very well in 2 months.

Basically right now I am just getting to the point to where I need to hire some one so I can go out and get clients full time. I do work on the sites with you to make sure everything is done properly, but I don't want to spend the majority of my time working on it.

Must be able to:
1. Generate keyword reports.
2. Be available Monday-Friday.
3. Write articles with out any grammar errors.
4. Have SEO experience.
5. Have experience in Wordpress.

I have been looking for qualified sales individuals myself so I can focus strictly on development/design/marketing, I have an assortment of others skills as well including mobile/video development. I can be the other half of the spectrum, and should not need much if any help. I do full-time IM for 6+ years, but have done a handful 10k-25k+ WP sites for various clients (local business and national).
