And I need it to do some specific stuff - I'm hoping you can throw some names at me and I'll gladly check them out and let you know how they fair. I need between 1500-3000 words ideally, and I want to see the averages for both the local map pack and organic listings separately. Also, I would like to be able to group my words for each url into separate views and see that average over time - for different leveles of being volatile for a keyword. (It blows my mind that some of these rank trackers are combining local map pack rankings with the organic listings; it doesn't make any sense to me to do that - maybe someone could explain why that would ever be helpful?) Also, some rank trackers will allow you to set up multiple URLs per project and that would be helpful here, but not a deal breaker.

So far I've tried ranktrackr, SERPWoo, and Night Watch. I like the way SERPWoo is visually and how you can set up multiple URLs to a group of keywords, but I hate how they consider organic listing spot 1 as 4, and they don't give you averages of the rankings and their CSVs are surprisingly difficult to work with. Night Watch includes which ever ranking spot was higher in a given day in their reported average, so you could rank #1 on local pack and #50 on organic listings, and you would count as a 1 for that day. That doesn't make any sense to me.

I know there are a lot of threads on this, but nothing quite talking about what I'm after.

Definitely leaning toward accutracker now. I can separate out high volume keywords from low volume and national from both, and it gives me an average ranking evolution for local map pack and organic separately. It doesn't display the competition as easily/good as SERPWoo, but I need the averages easily available so I am able to tell my boss how much money we are making. Currently, you have to set up a new group for every group of words you want to display different stats on, which is somewhat tedious. Night Watch had a much better filtering option, but its averages were sort of buggy, and they couldn't separate out the local from the organic. So, anyway - accuranker is the best for my needs so far. Thanks for the tip.
