Looking for a programmer which will write a bot for me (Twitch + Youtube)

Hello!

I am looking for a freelancer programmer that will write a bot/script which:
- Will download "X" (amount has to be configurable) top twitch.tv clips (last 24 hours) from channels that I've selected (can be from a .txt file or in the bot interface);
- Will upload them to my Youtube channel with the same name (as Twitch.tv clip had) and with a prefix or suffix if specified;
- Will add tags to the Youtube video that I specified (tags specified per channel);
- Will repeat that for all channels and repeat the next day;
- Will remove old videos from the computer after upload;

Important:
- Bot has to work in the background;
- Values have to be configurable;
- I need an easy way to stop/start bot;
