Looking for a php script to limit sent web traffic (adult) per day

Hello everyone, I am looking for php script that can be used to sell traffic.

For example, someone wants to buy 1000 hits per day, and i would like to cap the traffic sent.
I considered creating my own script, but maybe there are script out there (free or not, it is not a problem).

All i could find are scripts for traffic trading. I want something similar, but without the trading part.

I could also use it to cap my traffic sent to different CPA offers.
I appreciate any info on this topic.

It's easy to create it with php and msql database.

It is easy to create indeed. I was just curious if something existed with an admin panel and so on.
