In several hosts I find that I have to pay the year's total fees in advance! Is it the same case with your suggestions too?

I would suggest Hostgator a bit costly and 2nd option is Justhost damn cheap .

I use hostwinds and I'm 100% satisfied.It's also give me high speed for my wordpress sites loading which on hostgator isnt' cause!They also transfer all my sites from previous host without any "site down" time free of charge! Also cheap as well!

I also need a new Host. I have a few Wordpress Autoblogs. Some have up to 50000 Postings.
I have an Account with Hostgator. But my Sites are very slow there. Purging old Posting takes ages.
So I rented a VS from Host Europe (Germany). I was happy with them at first, but I'm having huge Problems right now.
I have 10 Sites on that VS and the biggest has 20000 Posts. For the last few days everything was very slow. I use w3 Total Cache to lower Server load, but the Main Page still loads very slow. Then I checked the CPU Usage and noticed that its constantly above 90%. I submitted a ticket and they replied that my VS is taking to many resources and they will take my Sites down if I don't change it.
So yesterday Morning I installed mpm Worker Package for Apache to try to lower the CPU Usage. Unfortunately this wasn't a good idea, as it messed up everything. I can not access any of my Sites since yesterday. Even uninstalling mpm Worker didn't work.
So I sent a ticket to support, but they haven't answered until now.
So I just moved 2 of my best performing Sites back to Hostgator, as I don't want to get delisted from Google. But those Site are slow as hell now.
Damn I'm frustrated. Another Proble is that I don't have Internet at home right now, because switching my ISPs didn't work smoothly. My old ISP switched me off on Nov. 15 and I will be offline until Dec. 06 when I get Service from my new ISP.
So right now I'm sitting in my Mothers Apartment, trying to fix what I can.
...so to the Point. I need a Webhost with enough CPU resources. 20000 Postings is not THAT much. All my Hosts were good a the beginning but became worse after some time has passed.
