Looking for a good reseller host from the Philippines

Looking for a good reseller host in the Philippines:

I will be setting up business in the Philippines. I am looking for a good reseller host with good speed, MySQL,WHMCS, cPanel, and upgrade potential. Most accounts will be controlled by me; though some will be client websites. Clients and market will be English speaking. So will need good international backbone. I have been checking speed with websitepulse.com - no affiliate link. It would be nice if they are BH technique friendly.

I am also interested in a better knowledge of the ISPs in the Phil, their speed, and their pricing.

If you have any first hand experience with hosting and ISPs in the Phil, I truly appreciate your input.

Why don't you use US hosting?

It better compare to phil..

I want to stay with an off shore server.

If you are foreign to US and use US host you are doing business in US - a privilege of government. US IRS could come after you. In law you would be considered nonresident taxpayer.

Stay off shore, let US citizens come to you if they will. US cannot stop its Citizens from browsing the net.

Servers in the US?

Google has datacenters all around the world.

They ping from the closest datacenter.

Just because it comes from 66.233.*.* range and its registered in US it doesnt mean its there.

Does anyone have any experience with them?

I have not found one that appears to permit any BH tactics though. Perhaps someone can add their chosen offshore host? I suppose it does not have to be in the Phil; but needs to be reasonable. I cannot afford dedicated or VPS yet.
