Looking for a free telegram bot that schedules messages

As in the title, I need a bot for scheduling messages on my groups. I know telegram has an option to schedule messages, but I need a bot that will post the same thing i.e every 1-2 hours 24/7 on multiple groups, it's too much fuss to do it myself every day, hence I'm in a need for a bot.

Not interested in any paid bots, as I've seen a few free ones + this is a very simple feature.

One of the ones I've seen is @ cron_telebot - but a few things don't work there for me and there's no support there

If you know any, please list them in the comments, it would help a lot!

EDIT: I mean a bot where I can schedule messages in the groups that I own, sort of a post-scheduler, because now that I read this post it sounds like I'm asking for mass-forward bot, but no, just the post-scheduler
