Looking for a developer to create a bot for a Spotify stream farm

Looking to partner with a developer on starting a stream farm. Have 20 physical phones and mobile proxies readily available. Only thing missing is a python script using adb-shell and Appium that automates it to act like a human that way it doesn't get flagged. If this is your line of work I would like to get started asap since the budget is there to make this happen.
