Looking for a designer for a 1 page MOBILE website

I need a quick page made for iphone, ipod, android, etc. I would like it to have orientation specific and I have a link that describes what I am talking about, with code.

I have the design, I just need someone to code it and make it so I can duplicate it hundreds of times (tell me where to put keywords, etc.) The site wouldn't be bigger than an iphone screen.

This is just a hobby, it probably won't make any money, at least not in the foreseeable future so I do not have much money to spend. If anyone can do this work well, I have up to $100 for the project.

Hi guys, I will contact the people that are still interested tomorrow, I have been doing my own research and I found out some of the things I want should be pretty easy,

but I have found all these template kits that I could buy and do it myself, but the problem is, my design isn't going to be on any template.

So what we are basically doing is creating a template for me from html, and you are going to have to know the dimensions of iphone screen (i have a link for it) and how to code it so it looks fine on iphone, android, etc.
