Hi,

I am looking to rent a dedicated server located in China for between $50 and $100. Does anybody know of any providers that would work?

I recommend you to find another location. There are might be a lot of limits and restrictions from their government.

Google is banned there. and 90% of chinese servers are for within china ..

Alibaba cloud might be your only bet, But be aware China Monitors internet traffic strictly.

i'm chinese, all domain must have ICP license, then can bind on host, and visit normal, otherwise, you cannot visit site page
you can apply ICP by Chinese ID card or your Company 's business license
