We are looking for a serious business partner based in Spain, or someone who can set up a Spanish company.


Here’s the deal:

• We handle all operational aspects of the e-commerce business.
• You provide the company (required to open a local payment gateway).
• Minimum monthly turnover: €300k–€400k.
• Compensation: a percentage of revenue.

You’ll need to post this type of offer in the Joint Ventures or Hire a Freelancer section once you meet the forum’s requirements direct partner requests aren’t allowed outside the Marketplace/JV sections. In the meantime you could speak with a Spanish business lawyer or formation agency to set up your own SL company and get the gateway legally. That way you control the company and stay compliant
