Those are definitely not the best, but that thread is going to grow with a lot more suggestions so make sure you watch that.
Personally, Medium.com is my favorite web 2.0 to create both for backlinks and traffic. I highly recommend it.
There was a huge list of web 2.0's published here a long time ago, but it has now moved to Jr. VIP I believe.
