Long Youtube Ads strategy (simple? effective?)

Hi everyone,

I have seen a Youtube ad that's just some long video where doctor is talking (I suppose it's english in the original video) and they just sincronised it with my main language and are selling some cream or medicine. I have seen this kind of ads few times. They tell a long story. The idea is to get a feeling like some real doctor is telling you that you should buy the product. I am just wondering if some pros here know how are they performing?

I am also wondering where one could find that kind of videos to use for ad? You just need to record some story that fits with the video and that's all.
