An idea about the monthly pay will bring in some interest. How much are you willing to pay. Your thread is well structured other than it doesnt state the approx pay scale. Telling this because Internet forums does have people who wants things worth millions made for $5.

UK: Mainly because I need someone that will be working when I am working and I live in the UK.
AGE: This is not a massive issue but we want someone that really fits with our team dynamic, and someone with little experience behind them.
