Hello Guys i'm new to crypto world just want to know from you guys what kind of trade your prefer
Long Trade or Short Trade? if long so how much long if short so how much short

I believe you can only go short on margin trading, which would have been brilliant when bitcoin hit $20,000. Otherwise I would recommend going long for the next few months.

Crypto options - what could go wrong here?

All the people talk about how Bitcoin will only fail and go down, why don't they take short positions? I believe it was Warren Buffet that said, Bitcoin will fail but I don't know enough about it to go long or short....

I know you want to get one of those famous crypto labmos everyone is talking about.:D

I'm pretty sure that Buffet said he would buy puts or take short positions.

I just think that the combination of options and crypto is like starting a fire with a gallon of gasoline.

I've played the options markets in currencies in the past and you can do real good or you can end up crying like a newborn.

9:00 mark is where you'll see Buffet's statement on BTC.

Investing in crypto can make you cry like a newborn...

I'd love to meet him at his local McDonalds and have a senior discount cup of coffee with him kicking around some ideas.

He's a brilliant investor and reminds me of my grandfather, who owned a local pharmacy. The pharmacy got bought by Aurora healthcare, he invested all his money on real estate and stocks such as Proctor and Gamble and paid for me to go to the top private schools and university. He even bought me my first computer back in the early 90's .

I want to do the same thing for my family and investing wisely is the key. The older generation just can't understand Blockchain technology potential and cryptocureencies, it hurts their head. But in the next several years, the average joe will begin to see the potential and it will rival the stock market.

I'm actually in that older generation demographic and have a pretty good handle on crypto and blockchain technologies. I have some money gambling in the crypto world but nothing that would change my life should it disappear. I don't call it an investment nor did I call it investing whne I was playing the commodity markets aggressively in the 90's.

Buffet, like you said, is heads and shoulders above many but even he does not know everything when it comes to financial markets, making money etc.

I'm conservative in my investments but not as conservative as he is (I also am not anywhere near his league when it comes to net worth so maybe I need to make some adjustments).

It will be interesting to see what happens as time goes on with cryptos once all the scammers (we have our fair share that post in the crypto subforum here) are weeded out and it goes a little more mainstream.

The only exchange that lets you short is GDAX. They require a $1m account to do so.
