[Long Journey] Authority educational site about electronics

Hello BHW users.
I'm Michael, an engineer in electronic and telecommunications and SEO/SEM and monetizing hobbyist. I had started learning SEO about 2 years ago. Now with my friend, i have the site about electronics components, with electronics educational articles and news. My goal is to monetize this site as good as I can.

My site has started 2 years ago.
I will give some data about it:
Ahrefs parameters:


Google analytics:
- last 30 days I have 1400 users

SERPs:
- Top 10 - I have about 10 main keywords in top 10

Content schedule:
- 3 times a week news-style article from 150-300 words,
- 1 time a week educational article more than 500 words,

SEO post tactic:
1. Keywords seeking in Rank tracker in SEO power suite.
2. Post content editing for keywords.
3. Competition links audit and content audit.
4. Link building process: 3x my PBN links articles, Wikipedia link, niche related forum posts links, niche related blog comments, high DA profiles, social signals. (number of backlinks related on competition number of links)
Here you go some nice improvement in the latest keyword (1-10k searches):

I created this journey to post my SEO optimization and link building steps and of course for first nice monetizations success becoues i think it is the time after 2 years of the website...

But mainly I created this thread to ask you for what should I do make success on this site. I think it has good content to be great for monetization. I'm asking you for some advice in SEO tactics, monetization etc. I know that my site needs some guest posts but my budget it's not soo good.

I hope I will get some energy from us to achieve success.

What i done in this week:

SEO routine:
My SEO routine is like that. I have 3 posts to promote, 1 per week. I'm doing optimization and link building in one week and jump to another post. After 3 weeks I'm checking this first post. If the positions are not what i was expecting i'm doing more link building.
SEO:
- about 15 forum posts
- about 10 blog comments
- Wikipedia link
- Tier 2 for my PBNs by SeNuke. I'm thinking to use turbo web 2.0 and GSA for it.

Content:
- 3 news style articles
- 1 education article

Statistics:

Google Analytics:
- 400 users last week

Ahrefs:

Improvment in Ahrefs rank, about 400 000 places +.

What to do next week:

Return to posts that i promote 3 weeks ago and add some links like forum posts, blog comments and profiles.

Monetization:
- Adsense 1$ last week,

Looking for help:

I have promoting one post and look at the serp for main keyword:

Up and down long long time. It's not short google dance, it is taking over and over. What can i do to repair it?

What i done this week:

SEO:
- about 20 forum posts
- about 30 blog comments

- optimizing post for new keyword

- added some text for new keyword in existing article

- Try to add new Wikipedia link.
- Try to outreach some guest posts.

Last week:
I have to do removal in the week ago then i can't do nothing. Now i return to blog managment.

Little success report.
I reached TOP3 in one post that I promote by SEO for main keyword.

This 3 at the end means today rank and the best rank. I'm after wikipedia link.

Returned to bussines.
