You all have to focus on one thing before buying/creating logos.
Logos should present your company or your website and it's preferred that they include something in common with what you do.
For example, if you run a real estate company, a house combined with the company's name can be a good idea, although many of logos we know don't include other shapes, but are based on fonts only, for example: samsung, lenovo, panasonic, etc., so you have to make your choice here already in which way the logo should go.
The logo has to be also unique and attractive. People have to remember it and it must send out a good energy. A good logo is a custom thing to do, which could also take up to a day or two - talking from my experience, since I had to gather all the data about the comapny, their vision, their goal and combine it into their powerful sign - logo.
A template-ish/one-click-edit logo you buy for a few bucks has imho a few weak spots, so I don't really recommend them when you really want to go pro in your business.
Many of these premade one-click edit logos are already used worldwide and barely none will perfectly match to your company.
But if you're short on cash, running a small business or need just a easy logo, go with the templates. Logo artists need $ too.. ;-)
I mostly use the templates to gather new ideas about the logos and try out different variants.. but it all starts on a piece of paper first.
