Logo and banner designer Needed Asap!

I'm looking for someone to help me out with creating a new logo for my company or a side logo or something including banners to help promote product online.

The current logo is up on these 2 sites

I need to create something more alluring to appeal to a stoner/smoker/party type of target market. Even a logo with a image to represent the company would be perfect but I need some help.

We sell legal alternatives. herbalincense, spice, mood enhancers, legal highs, etc. Starting to sell glass and t shirts soon.
