Do you think it's a good idea to start a LOFI channel?

There are obviously the top 1% like LOFI Girl, and I've seen smaller ones like Yuzu Lofi have ups and downs.

Do you think it's worth the time and effort needed to start and monetize one of these channels?

Yes music niche is definitely a good choice, make sure you use your own content unless you have connections with cms. Also make sure to be consistent, do long video uploads and livestreams as well.
