Locked out of Ogads.

I'm actually using 2 factor authentication with my ogads account so whenever i need to login, a code will be sent to my mobile phone which i will now input back into the site.
But, recently i got my phone unwiped unplanned. Upon trying to login now .. i couldn't login because i couldn't get the code on mobile phone.

Anyone has this issue before or experience, and what do i do in this case ?

I don't know how it would be with ogads but in the case of platforms like Facebook or some other when you lose the 2-step authentication code you have to write to support and usually they ask for it is a test to confirm your identity, an image of some document that show your name id or something else


You can also use software such as authy if you lose your phone you can always have it on your PC as a backup to receive the code

Contact OGAds support. You will have to send a selfie with your identification to prove you are who you claim to be. Also use TOTP Authenticator on android, it's amazing and has backups.
