LLC Anonymity

Hello,

I'm a non-us citizen thinking of creating an LLC in Delaware or Wyoming because I'm concerned about my anonymity.

I'm wondering, if i go with a non-anonymous state, and my info are going to be public, my question is:


Where and how can people find me on the net?

  • For example, if they search my LLC name, will they find my real name, country, etc... attached to it?
  • If they search my personal name will it popup anything related to my business?

Nope, they won't find your name on public directories
On Google only if you publish something about your connection with this company, like on Linkedin
If not, it won't be possible as well

Thanks for clarifying that, but I'm still confused, if it's not possible and that easy to find any info about the LLC owner (me), then why are those states categorized as non-anonymous?

Those states imply that the information is not private, and is public in some way, then where can it be found or disclosed to the public?
 
Wyoming/Delaware does not require that they list the member or manager of an LLC on the State records. Other states list on the public directory.
 
Which Business you planning to register LLC in USA?

If it's Digital marketing Agency then it's not any harm even if they know your real identity

Yes, related to digital marketing where i sell courses.

I just like to keep my real identity far away from the business.

Don't go for Wyoming

Wyoming has less credibility

New Jersey, Delaware, Florida, Texas is Good to GO

Sales is the Biggest Challenge

Ad Cost is expensive (Google/fb ads CPC for Digital Services in USA)

How do people get sales for their LLC? Curious to know

What do you mean by credibility here? What kind of issues can that choice create for me in terms of verifying Paypal, stripe, mercury bank accounts?

I found that the annual reports expenses for Delaware are much higher than Wyoming (Annual Franchise Tax: $300 delaware)

I got these opinion regarding credibility from different people

In Wyoming many LLC have not give proper services. Many asians have registered the company and not delivered service properly. Read something on reddit also long back

Regarding Sales Querry that's my personal querry too - After LLC registration you won't get sales automatically. Ads Cost is not that affordable , So how you will get sales after LLC?

You mean once you register to facebook as a company they change and adjust the costs accordingly because of your account status?
 
If your intention is to resell courses (wink), keep in mind that if they want to know your identity and put in a lot of money, they can achieve it.

According to what they find out in the event of a legal claim, they may know your personal data
 
Wow, a lot of confused and horrible advice here, I would not even know where to begin on addressing it all and setting it straight again. Be careful of these opinions OP and do your own research!
