Thank you for sharing it but i do not need to put a code.

i just take the URL prefix Search Console Setting connect to Google Analytics and then verify with the Google Analytics.

I never mentioned about placing any code; all you have to do is download and activate the plugin.
Later authorize using your google product account.

had it for a while. its quite useless as i have bookmarked search console and analytics anyway. but i dont mind having it

On some websites it gives errors, I use Google Analytics Dashboard for WP (GADWP)

instead, it's free.

For mobile, there is an awesome app called Widget for Google Analytics

It allows you to quickly check your traffic on your phone or tablet. You can customize it any way you want.

There is a free and paid version. I have the paid, it's like $3.00 a year, but the free one is pretty good as well.
