Even though this is a black hat forum, it's hard to find web hosts that are 100% confidential/anonymous (never disclose your info).

So lets build a list, shall we?

Most of these are also offshore and will ignore DMCAs.

Please feel free to reply with your own. Here are a few I've found within the past couple hours of searching and asking around. I'm not in affiliation with any of these.

They are outside the USA, so they aren't required to comply with them.
