its 2019 and still looking for a way to connect a payoneer to my paypal account, but unsuccessful after several tries, i m from Morooco and i welcome any kind of help from my fellow blackhatters.

They've stopped accepting Payoneer from a very long time now.

i m from morocco and our accounts doesnt accept virtual banks or cards, they ask me to get a local visa card to link it

you may use a prepaid card, they do accept it.

PayPal doesn´t allow you to link any type of e-wallet to them.
I´ve heard about virtual credit cards but never virtual banks accounts. I will google that but if you can mention some providers that would be great, cheers!

As far as I know Paypal have stopped accepting payoneer card. You'll only be able to link your normal bank debit/credit cards.

Yeah they are working with VBA's and i will be selling the VBA's Soon.
