I just started with a premium sub a week or so ago. Can't comment much yet about linkpushing, will have to wait a bit longer to see results.

What I can say is that, BTB is a great and helpful guy and that the actual process of linkpushing is extremely easy.

Will a link actually help, if the quality of content is not standard? What if the links lead to irrelevant content? I do not have much of SEO knowledge...and trying to learn things on my own.

The article is really just camouflage fodder for the article directories to allow you to place a link on their site as well as having some content for the search engines to crawl the page and give you the benefit of the link juice.

So I have bought the service.. found that the links take a long time to get indexed (if they do it at all). Should I be using linklicious to ping these one by one, or is there a faster way to get them indexed? Cheers

Linklicious is a part of what you get with the service... it is automatic.
Linklicious will help for getting the links crawled. However, don't look to it as a total indexing solution because it's more of a crawling solution. Indexing isn't needed to rank. Measure success with SERP improvements and ultimately money earned. All you need to do is add your Linkpushing API key into your Linklicious account.
Linkpushing is great because of the variety of links it gives for your sites. And the good news is you are much less likely to be hit by Google algorithm changes just because of that diversity.

Everyone is in a rush to get their site into the SERPS even myself. This is something you really just have to wait out. I have only used LPing over the last month and on a new domain the LP have been pretty good to get me into the top 100 on medium comp KWs. Some heavy comp ones that I pushed still havent shown up into the top 1K. Im sure the LP is helping but the links need to get naturally indexed over time as I ad even more links from other sources.
Overall I think its a pretty good service at a good price. You have to understand that your paying for random links and not an exact amount of links. This is why it dosnt leave a footprint. Some pushes take a few days and others are done in less than 24 hours and non of mine have been the same.
Im obsessed with checking my stats but I decided that my time would be better spent making more content and building even more sites.

Agreed, unfortunately you are implying that linkpushing is a link wheel system.
It is not.
We just happen to rank for the top 5 positions in Google for automated link wheels due to my SEO strategy.
I used it for a few months and saw a little bit of movement, but not much. Maybe it was the properties that were submitted to, or maybe most of the submitted links didn't ever get indexed, or maybe it was dup content that didn't help. What I would recommend for btb would be a way for users to spin articles after clicking a few boxes on lp's back end without having to access an API ( maybe pay spin chimp a flat fee for all members to access). Also have something ping all links so they have a better chance of being indexed.

So them running them through linklicious does nothing for you? Not every link goes to your site so why the hell would it show up? Please learn the basics before posting nonsense like this. Search engines are going to index what they want to. I have thousands of links and most of mine are from LP.

I just realized I have to renew my sub
, but I love the service. It's just a great foundation of links to build your backlink profile. I suggest building pushes to your previous pushes, building wiki's/high pr blog comments to them as well.
I'm all about random craziness, and that's what LP is all about. Creates that "natural buzz" that G loves so much.
And it's BTB, who is a dedicated service provider, so it's only going to get better.
