Not safe. IG will flag you and kick your as butt
Send them to a @getaway account with url in bio
 
if you send 5-10 a day then it will be fine but if you are thinking about hundreds and thousands then its not safe at all. Maybe what you can do is - You can use different sets of messages
 
it's not about the link itself, more likely about the amount of them you're gonna send every day. Sending tons with the same content will flag your account in 2 secs for sure
 
I think it is safe, I have set up mahergram app to automatically send a DM to all my new followers for monhts now and the URL or account hasn't been blocked, so for me, it's not causing any issues as of yet.
