Link building vs. Social signals

Just copy the backlink type ratios of your competitors/niche authority sites.

I'm not sure all the hate on social signals but they've moved SERP for me since I last tried in 2020 - its just going to be temporary if you don't sustain some drip traffic. 2000 people hitting your page in a 24 hr span can do it. I'd go $400 on PBN links that are essentially real sites - homepage if possible. $100 on social signals if you know how to outsource / have a provider already (you ideally don't need to keep paying this if you're moving up ranking and getting organic traffic. Maybe $500 on links and just tell everyone you know to search and land on your site :p
 
agreed, depends on your niche as well though, if its low competition you can rank quite easily with 301 and create organic backlinks
 
I think I saw each and every variations of yes/no/maybe/it depends/10%-15%-75%/20%-30%-50% in only 4 pages.

How about some fact backed claims ?

I agree with you. Building backlink does not make it a campaign. Knowing what we do does. I see Warrior 66 knows what needs to be done.

You can also consider (quality) pbns, maybe even linkbuilding on them...

If you can scale (any black hat) by automating or outsourcing it... It will be less painful if your rankings drop and made enough profit on it... If you can keep launching profitable sites this way, why not... But don't forget you have no guarantees at all in the seo game...
From what I have seen in the field... Pure whitehat seo doesn't seem to really exist...
Even large brands who outsource everything to seo companies get links from PBNs or bought blogs...

Exactly. Quality Guest Post with good outreach will surely get Guest posts from authority sites.
 
I Say the Ratio You have mentioned is fine only.

Still you can plan more diversified links package.
