Link building vs. Social signals

If you really want your rankings to stay in a more whitehat fashion, I would recommend quality guest posting (not spamming millions of sites) where you write for authority sites where they expect a real in depth article about a subject... Maybe even post every month or once in xx days...
You can also consider (quality) pbns, maybe even linkbuilding on them...
Even better would be to buy existing domains with ranking and use them as money and pbn sites together...

If you can rank using blog commenting, fine... If you do it manually... Remember your rankings will probably drop some day and you might be very sad after the hard work..
If you can scale (any black hat) by automating or outsourcing it... It will be less painful if your rankings drop and made enough profit on it... If you can keep launching profitable sites this way, why not... But don't forget you have no guarantees at all in the seo game...
From what I have seen in the field... Pure whitehat seo doesn't seem to really exist...
Even large brands who outsource everything to seo companies get links from PBNs or bought blogs...

Social signals are bullshit. If you buy this you will get either bots or accopunts of people on the other side of the world who like e.g. your bakery in London. Facebook can spot that easily and will ignore the likes. you should spend that money more wisely

I have some questions as I`ve been out of SEO for quite some time. I was aiming to have 40% of my links to my Brand Name, and just 10% naked URL.

Anyway if you have some time I would love to have a short chat. Can I PM you?

I have a budget of $500/m for black hat SEO for my money site to which I write original high quality content (DA 30), if you had that budget how would you spend it?

I thought $350 on link buying (guest posts and niche edits)
$100 on social signaling
$50 on blog commenting

What would you do with $500?
I would say $300 on guest posts
$50 at social signals
Get RankerX for $50 a month for link building.
And Content Machine for $50 a month for content creation.
Build as many as you can Tier1 web2.0 blogs and write articles on them. To start let's say 10-20 web 2.0 with 5 articles each per month. (do this part manually).
Use RankerX to build tier2 and tier 3 links for those tier1 links. Like 2000+ for each tier1 article.

$100 Forum and Gov & Edu Links

I think it's fairly good distribution of $500/m budget. I would allocate $400 for link buying and rest of the budget on SMM and blog commenting considering the importance of link building of a website.

Blog comments will move up DR, and that might rank you more for kws. Dont do spammy, see competitors backlinks.

I would first focus on getting strong relevance with semantic SEO.
With your budget, I would invest the first 3-4 months in relevant content (pro tip:tools like keyword cupid help ;).
Do a killer interlinking after. When the virtual silo is complete, get guest posts.

Don't waste time with comments and web 2.0s

Much obliged to you for this guide for beginners about Blackhat SEO!

I'd rather spend money on building more content with some good KW research and focus on generating organic traffic, it works if you're building content in a particular niche. Once I see some traction coming in, I'll start building links to push further authority.

I normally refrain from building links keeping the budget in mind, but rather the need of building links. This way I spend a lot less on links.

Create 2 PBN to promote a single domain? wouldn't it hurt me?

For single domain, you can have 100 PBN also depending on keyword competition. When you are spending on your personal PBN, it will never hurt you unless you buy penalized domain.

1.Social signals are the likes, shares, and views of social media posts. These social likes, shares, and views signal to search engines and your social media followers that your content is useful and relevant. Likes, shares, and views help increase the visibility of your social posts.
2.Link building is the practice of building one-way hyperlinks (also known as “backlinks”) to a website with the goal of improving search engine visibility. Common link building strategies include content marketing, building useful tools, email outreach, broken link building and public relations.
