Link Building | GMB Verification

I'm not sure if I'm posting this in the right sub-forum so please advise if I err.

I read through quite a few threads and get a feel for how things are working in BHW.

1. I can't figure out what is the best way to find service providers who specialize in a area? One of the services I would like is manual link building. But I want to be able to filter on people who offer this service by let's say rating quantity and quality. Is there a way to do this in the market place?

2. I'm also interested in 5 GMB verifications in the USA and obivously I don't have an address. It will be for service based businesses and I will hide the address in the GMB, BUT I will need the actual address that was used for citation purposes.
