If I were you, I'd "age" my site first. Make sure it has all the necessary pages-about, cookie policy, privacy policy, etc etc
Next, stock it naturally with content and encourage audience engagement
After you've gone through this process, your site would be several months old and should look 'aged' or naturally 'mature' enough for Adsense

There is not exact limit for the approval. But yeah, for the approval you should have good content on your website. Also what mainly matters is the quality of the content you are posting on your website. It should not contain any content which violates the terms and conditions of Google.
