Likes and comments on Facebook Ads

is it possible to buy likes and comments on a facebook ad?
I want that the ad has more social-proof. But i didnt find anything to this topic.

Anybody a idea if this is possible?
I dont want to create a post buy likes and then promote it, because it is a post with button.
