I saw on a likejacker site today that all likes have to be confirmed now - even real ones.

most of FB hijack like use APi widget Facebook to get like .
in order to protect the like button Facebook has enforced the confirm button , there is no way to by-pass using the API facebook but i'm working with dev to develop another solution.

Its strange that i dont get confirm button and i still cant get any likes. I was using LJ before this issue, maybe they restricted my page from getting likes...

Try to use another page to check if there is restriction in your page or not .
if you did't get any likes there restriction with your website , if you have another domain try it .

There is no need to confirm a like, when you have already liked once that page. So yes, try to like another page.
I believe there is no workaround for this issue, and likejacking services in this form are going down.
I have an alternative idea to do this, if somebody knows how to check whether a visitor liked your fanpage or not, and does not want to go public and make a likejacking service from the idea, i am open to cooperation PM me.
