No hosting company who is serious about their services can afford a lifetime hosting for $70. Let's say they can cover their expenses for 2 or 3 years, but definitely not lifetime.
 
Wouldn't touch it either. Better doing one of those 3 year deals. Onecloudy for example have some really cheap deals - don't use their lowest plan though it's a bit slow.

If you want "lifetime hosting" there's Weebly and other free website makers, but the catch is you'll end up with limited functionality and you'll be forced to include the host's name as part of your domain.
 
I would not even look at doing something like that. Most of the sites that offer a one time price are fly by night. May get a year out of them but most just try to get the money now and then run. Not saying this is what that company is doing but on avg that is what will happen.
 
I would suggest not to go for this. Lifetime can never be a sustainable business model, some day company with such model will die. Question is how soon?

Do not buy lifetime hostings. I once bought lifetime hosting from ebay. The hosting quality was shit to say the least. They cancelled my account on the 2nd month without any correspondence whatsoever. I tried to contact them but they didn't reply to my emails; their ebay page vanished too! It's just scams.
 
They not provide lifetime pack. I contact them customer care they replied

Hosting is an essential part of your website - you should never try something that can pose a threat to your data at all. Just think of this - how can a web hosting serve a service for lifetime - they have electric and server cost running 24/7 - how are they going to pay for these every month?
They will keep reselling and reselling and reselling until something breaks, and that would be your website. You will loose your website data, time in building your website, and much more other agony.
It pays to have a good company managing your website data safely.
