Title says it all.

Its been a long time, and I have not been able to find a method anywhere.

Thoughts, comments, solutions?

Cheers.

Bluestacks if you want to upload images and do all things you do on your smartphone.

Gramfeed and other websites if you just want to like and comment!

Thank you thank you! Will look into this Bluestacks. Cheers!

Yeah used gramfeed before, there is even a program that uses gramfeed to comment and like posts to help build up your instagram account. I forget the name of the program.

Gramblr seems, on the surface, to be EXACTLY it. Will look more into it. Thanks!

To anyone else out there looking for the same, (ahem SogroSM :) ) Gramblr is it.

Isn't that what webstagram is meant to do?

I think Instagram made it so that you're not supposed to post from your desktop. They are more focused on making it usable for mobile devices since that's where the photos should originate. Otherwise people will start posting photos from the web and infringe copyright. People do do that already but I've heard some users had their accounts suspended because of this.

We know why they make it like it that, but it's a hassle posting from your phone when you are doing it for SEO purposes

I remember using gramblr to upload pictures from my PC. It wasn't copyrighted but that account did get banned, likely for using gramblr.
