You'll never get decent comments that way. People are lazy. Unless you want "wow, nice post" or "i like very much" type comments all over your blog. Legit comments will come with good content, be patient

I am willing to create "not so lazy comments" in exchange of good comments too.

You can get comments on your blog post by these ways,

Write worthy content – If your post is well-thought and easy to understand, people will respond.
Comment on other blogs - Leave a thoughtful comment with your blog URL in the comments section. Don’t ask the readers to visit your blog. Just interact and give them a way to find you. If you add to the discussion, people will come find you.
Publish unfinished content – Leave a room for discussion. Try publishing open-ended posts.
Leave a relevant and easy-to-answer question at the end of each post.
