Lead Generation.. Where do I find people?

How do I find peoples name, location, email and current job title, I wanted to do some lead generation but I have no idea where to find information like that, it feels like it would be open to the public at some webpages, I don't think yellowpages shows job title or email.

Any ideas?

Use lead magnets, offer something for free that people would be willing to give up their information in order to gain.

You can use facebook ads to promote your offer/lead magnet.

Fiverr is a good place to start if you're lazy. If not scrape your area or buy a list.

Also I saw some people are leeching informations of users who are belongs to a group. Idk how they to that but there should be a way of doing that

This can be ebooks, quizzes, etc.

But make sure you are doing targeted magnets that are related to your nurturing campaigns or else you are just going to be selling 'Dog food to cat owners'
