[Knowledge Needed] Ebay Problems/Solutions

Ok so i need to access ebay and buy stuff on ebay. Problem is I no longer have an account it was banned. I know about stealths and used them but they are getting increaingly difficult to use.

Simple question.

Can I check out as a guest on ebay and paypal using a shipping address that was associated with a ebay and paypal account that was suspended?

Also do I still get buyer protection and am able to open a case? I am purchasing some expensive items.

Is your original Paypal account fine (not limited)?

If so, you can create a buyer only eBay account even with banned information like your name/address. eBay really only cares if the account was turned into a seller account - that's when they would suspend you again. But just for buying you'll be okay unless the buyer account is abused (used to leave fake feedback, too many upaid cases, etc).

Nope my paypal account is also suspended.

How to you create a buyer only ebay account?

was it your paypal account or ebay account? I suppose if your paypal account is intact, you can still checkout as a guest

It was both. Why do I need a paypal to checkout as guest cant I checkout as guest using both ebay and paypal.
