My keywords have been stuck at #9 -#16 for months.
I did everything I could for these keywords:
- Build web2.0s and PBN to it.
- Guest post and editoral on relevant niche site (real outreach, site with real traffic not PBN).
- Optimized On-page
- Post relevant content for internal linking

And they just dont move an inch. Kinda frustrated, would love to hear some feedbacks to get unstuck.

  • Build branded links to your subpages linking to your main page.
  • OR just carry on adding new links to mainpage
  • SAPE?

You may be doing the right thing since you managed to get the keywords this far. However, it could be the competition is just too much on page#1 for the search phrase.

sadly have to agree. if you get "supposed to be difficult" KW to page 1.

however, page 2 is usually "reserved" nowadays for sites with less authority, but "building" links.

How long have you been sticking? If you do everything right, I think you will need to wait, sometimes it takes much time to increase the rank.

Thanks so much for your input. Really appreciate it. They have been stuck at bottom page 1 for over 2 months.

Btw, can you suggest a reliable SERP checker? Currently I'm using SerpLab, SerpMarker and WhatMySerp but the reports from each checker seem to be very different.

I use Serpbook and proxies to know the correct rankings.

And,

Whenever my keywords are stuck at page 2. I add or subtract content and force crawl it.
It plays with the relevancy and keyword density of the post and most of the time I end up on page one bottom(even page 3-4).
You can try this.
If this does not work then you have to gain more authority I suppose.(start with some guest posts )

Try to use the Rank Tracker tool from SEO PowerSuite from https://www.link-assistant.com/rank-tracker/. This tool is free for use but has some limitations.

How many articles you usually post? And how long it takes to see the ranking effect?
Currently, I'm posting 4 - 5 relevant articles for each keyword.

Thank you, will take a look in this tool.

Speed Test your site here :

Code:
https://tools.pingdom.com/

Post the page load time.

Run the speed test again.

Post the page load time for the second run.

l.

And do you update your content which makes you money ?
I was talking about updating your money content...
If you add or subtract content on it and submit the link to crawl, you will see a sudden increase or decrease in rankings.

That's why I keep my money articles updated.

There's a tool :
http://textoptimizer.com/

Which can spit out some relevant keywords which you can add to your content to make it more relevant to your keyword.

Some one posted a method to use textoptimizer as well.
Have to find that :)

Never heard of this tool, definitely will try this today.

Maybe you can try boosting your site's TF (or DA/PA) indirectly by 301 auctioned domains that you can buy from market places like Godaddy, etc. Somehow I redirected 20 sites with TF>20 and it looks like that gave my site a little boost in SERP. But please note that once the domain that you 301 to your money site, that domain may gradually loose its TF over time, then you'll need to get fresh sites with TF later on.

What WebMinati said. Update your money content, add or remove some paragraphs, try to improve the wording, etc. Google usually picks on that very fast. The boost may decrease with time, so make sure to keep things fresh.

yes optimizing with tool may help. But add some 4 or 5 good articles with long tail keyword and then inter link to your target page., If possible build links to those 4 or 5 articles.

My guess... what are your anchor ratios?

i use serplab.

howeer, run your site trough seobilility

see if you gt some issues there (just ignore the annoying altt-tag bullshit)
