Also I strongly advice you read through both White and Black hat SEO threads.

Keywords should be used naturally throughout the content, but do you use long-tail keywords in the meta description too?

• Focus on 1–2 long-tail keywords that match the intent of your target reader.
• Include your 1–2 keywords in specific parts of your post.

Plan your content with proper keyword research.
I recommend the use of keyword research tools like Ahrefs or SEMRush.
Use don't try to stuff them in your content.
You will make your blog post title more SEO friendly by using your focus keyword in the title.

Use focus keyword in the title, meta description, add it naturally in content which makes sense with the article. Avoid keyword over-optimization and optimize the article for the keyword search intent.

Properly use the keyword in the content title, H1, and meta description.
