keyword ranking. need advice from a pro

So I have this keyword xxxx xxxx xxxx x xxx 70k exact global 40k US
keyword type "i want to press button to get answer"

xxxx xxxx xxxx x xxx shows many numbers 4,620,000,000 results
however
"xxxx xxxx xxxx x xxx" shows only 16,400 results

avg PR on the first page is 3-4

none of the websites on the first page have the keyword in title or url
70% of the sites on first page are indexed in yahoo directory
no .edu or .gov on first page neither
So can you give your "note" for ranking this keyword? at least from the info provided above.
