Hey guys,

Quick question..
How do you keep your business(es) organised??
I have 20 Ig accounts and already I have 10 notepads open, find this, find that.. I'll try to make spreadsheet (Everything I do, I make spreadsheet for it so it gets easier to manage) for my operation, when I do, I'll post it here, so complete newbies could copy it and the more experienced guys maybe get new idea out of it.. xD

I'm currently working my day job, helping my Father after that in His workshop, so I'm tight on schedule, but I'll get it done by tomorrow..

Reason I made this thread is to share ideas and improve efficiency.. So, share it if you want.. :p:p

Focus more on work and less on spreadsheets unless really needed.

Its not something you'd want to do in scaling up your business with instagram accounts atleast as it would drastically slow you down. For rest everything organizing is good and a must do.

I used to maintain excel unless i reached 300 accounts and then i realized i was wasting time on it while I could scale up really fast by using csv exports from bots instead of creating my own spreadsheets.

been thinking about getting myself a white board, but then again a notepad or xls sheets are enough.

I use this to stay organized , each activity have their own board(adwords , FB ADS, reddit .....) . Inside each board i write my current task , what i have to do , what i do. It's really simple but i don't really need more

The biggest problem is that I work on pool for 9 hours, and I can't carry my laptop.. I can do resarch for niches and find new audiences to target, but my accounts are now half in one niche, half are still in finding audience.. So I have 9 hours to research xD, and only 1-2 hours to change settings if needed and set new ones.. That's the biggest issue.. By having last nights data, I can use these 9 hours to figure out something to change and improve..

White board is good to visualise, but it's in one place, and you can have an idea for some accounts in the gym, park, day job.. xD Can't actually carry white board around.. xD

Will try it out, thanks, mate..
Also, the apps for organisation (those with clouds and links in between) are great, easy to use and you can visualise better using them.. I have one on my phone and I forgot about it.. Damn.. xD
Knew this thread will be beneficial..

If you know someone who's more organised than you, it might be a good idea to ask for their assistance. For example, I have a couple of family friends who run a business together. The husband wouldn't know what organisation is even if it hit him in the head, but he's great at what he does. Meanwhile the wife knows how to remain organised, but she doesn't have the same skill set as the husband when it comes to running a business. So the husband does the work while the wife handles the clients, bookkeeping, etc. That kind of symbiosis seems to work out for some people better than others, though.

Old school pen and paper is a great method, and just keep username and PW on computer.
