JV - Seo Software tools, I make -> You market 50/50 Split

I am looking to JV with people regarding the sale of seo tools, all tools are compiled for Windows, Mac and Linux(gtk2+).

I will handle all licensing and split 50/50 for the sales you generate.

If you present an idea for a tool and dont wish others to sell it thats also fine with me, in that case you will get 50% of ALL profit in relation to that tool.

My licensing methods are very secure and so far piracy has been kept very low. My average update on software is once a week with minor features and major features once a month.

This is your opportunity to get a small idea created and then advanced thanks to the user-base for no development cost all while making money

NB: I have had quite a few pm's previously from people who wish to create the next xrumer clone, this is not ideal as the development turnaround is way too long, its better to start with simple tools and have them evolve. If you are involved with more than one tool and would like them to be incorporated into a all-in-one program this can be arranged and sold for more!!

How much do you think it would cost to make a SEnuke clone software? Those guys are making mad bank every month because they don't have any competition. Just my humble opinion. I would be interested in doing a possible JV on that one.

I still have room for 1 or 2 more JV's, first couple of JV's are already making a decent profit Jump in if you have the ability to promote and a tool idea.
