Hi,

I am in search for serious JV Partner for Loan industry. I have registered domain name YourSuperiorLoan.com witch I think is very nice name. I have SMTP servers, Interspire and all.
Interested to do JV with person who can make page, get leads and share profit with me.
Based on status we can discuss about percentage of share, but as to be honest all options are in game.

Please contact me only profesionall and honest persons with experiences in Loan Industry.

Reality check: you have a domain name, that is all. You want someone to create the page, drive leads, AND then share profits with you.

The amount of JV's posted like this is amazing. There is nothing that you are offering that makes it appealing.

Someone could do exactly what you want them to do on their own and register moresuperiorloan.com (or something) and keep 100%.

Not trying to be a dick, but come on...there is no plan, no nothing. Just a domain that is nothing special. The loan space is CRAZY competitive. The amount of skill and time it requires to rank on top in order to drive leads is HUGE. Where will you sell them? Do you have an end buyer? Funneling them through a CPA offer? Zero plan here.

Netmoney this thread shudnt have even been approved at first place, don't understand on what basis the MOD approved it???

also notice his spelling mistakes although grammar doesnt matter a bit in IM but just saying hes trying to achieve a task which is difficult bcoz the niche itself is so competitive.

i don't understand it either. i remember i tried posting a JV thread to allow off shore companies (from eastern europe, india, and the rest) to use my UK office so that i can close and locally manage any UK clients that they market to for seo, web design, video creation, app making etc but it didn't even get approved. And now i see this crap! sigh....

I was typing exactly the same thing when I noticed your post, netmoney.

So OP spends $5 on a domain and then thinks someone who knows how to make money will do the rest and split 50/50

Maybe there should be a 'begging letter' area especially for these lazy crazies

the things they approve man !!! ..
i wanted to post a jv ..where i was going to be the angel investor and the jv partner needed to do the work ( upto 10k usd investment ) and it was not approved :(
AND this gets approved ? a 99 cent domain he has !!!

First of all to explain little because I see people here are getting confused (dont want to say stupid). For all you kids playing toys please dont respond because your mind is not developed still, you try but its not developed :)

As I said first in my post I dont have just domain name, I have much much more, like servers, budget also to invest, domain name, and of course good will and that is not just 0.99$ domain, and yes domain was 2.99$

Still all serious interested persons (experienced in Loan) industry can always page me, and I will respond.
