[JV] My traffic + Your Amazon account

I have targeted traffic from small product sites, 99% of traffic comes from google. I'm looking for partner who will provide me amazon account, which will be used for monetization of the traffic. I prefer long term JV, I already found one guy here and the cooperation worked very well but a few weeks ago he stopped responding to me, so I'm looking for replacement.

- My share/Your share (e.g. 70/30, 80/20, 90/10)
- Reports (how will you provide me access to reports)

These types of JVs always raise a red flag for me. Why don't you just use your own amazon account and keep 100% of the profits?

have the traffic caused enough issues to ban your amazon account then?
