As the title suggests I am currently able to send large quantities of mass DM's with link attached to the message. This means that there is no longer need for a main account with an @ that has the URL in bio - I can push the traffic to your link directly.

I can send some examples in DM's if necessary. I'm looking for a project that already has an established team and resources.

It depends on volume and the scale of the project. Rarely it happens when it's possible to push a clickable link in the DM. I think the last time when this was possible was 2021-2022.
 
And how long do you think that's gonna last? Asking to see if this JV might work for a few months at least

Difficult to tell, can be weeks but could be month+ also. The scale is there, I can scrape and filter hundreds of thousands of users daily. Same with messaging output as well.

Even if it is no longer possible to push URL, it will still be possible to push DMs with @ reference to the main page and honestly this sometimes is even better (e.g. supplement industry) where there is already some need for social authority/verified account instead of just a message with a URL.

In my experience URL redirecting works best where there isn't big necessity for social authority.
 
More refined content creators added to the database.
