Hello BHW crowd!
The project is a creative pr and communication agency with focus to music industry, basically. artists, venues, labels, record stores, event planners, managers or management companies, etc. I already have partners who would help me to offer services like Billboard magazine placement for example, or Spotify playlist placements, articles writing + publishing, etc. Designers, digital marketers and developers are also in-house.
In total personally I have more than 10 years of experience in communication field (anything from off-page SEO to a simple Facebook post). For the past 5 years I am working with a production house, we organise events, manage artists, produce music, etc. However, I feel the need to express myself more so I am ready to step even wider this time.
At the moment I am actively looking for help in sales department. I am willing to find someone who has at least some experience, the one who wants to learn and to grow together. I see this as a partnering position and I am more interested in finding someone who is committed, interested and with at least a bit of experience in B2B sales. Love & understanding in music or proven experience in business, will be considered as an advantage.
I would be most comfortable to work on commission based model and + fix added in later stages.
