I am building a website similar to amazon/ebay but instead of products you can sell software you made.
You can also request programmers on the site to make you a custom bot or another software.
Everything even paying with escrow goes through the website i am making.

What i bring to the table:

• Build the website and maintain it.
• I have a few programmers that are ready to sell their bots

What you bring to the table:

• You need to know how to market a website like this
• SEO
• Bring traffic

It should not be that hard for you since i am planning to let users profit 100% when they sell their bot for the first year.
