This is joint venture where you place my adsense code on your website and we share the revenue on certain percentage.

I've been around the IM world for a while so I know this is putting my adsense at risk with someone potentially with a history of banned adsenses - but think of this as your second chance.
If this starts out well, after some time I will by investing into SEO/traffic.

I think that this is a fair exchange of skills.

Additionally, I have no time to make and build websites - but do have these accounts laying around collecting e-dust.
