Just started out solo (Self Employed) Advice Wanted

So im just starting out solo, been in the industry for a few years now as a media buyer for other people, but I figured CPA Networks were the way to go just to start out getting a steady income stream in, and wanted to know which people find have the best offers and are best with paying their publishers.

Also my knowledge is in media buying, so I was planning to do that as opposed to monetising my site - http://www.jellibeanmarketing.com/ although i have another domain I was thinking of building into a blog and then monetising that, but in which case, whats the best way to start driving traffic to that domain?
