At least it was only $25, I bought an Instagram shoutout and been waiting over two days no reply. Unfortunately I payed Friends & family, how do you guys go about buying shoutouts safely?

The advertiser or the account owner? Shoutouts range depending on number of followers/ engagement, and the advertiser depending on what he is selling.
